Yarn problems

When I first started knitting I was very much a ‘I want to knit that… let me pick a yarn for it’ type person. I think most people are? It’s the logical approach, in my opinion. But somewhere along the line I turned into a ‘Oh my god this yarn is gorgeous I must buy all the colours and I’ll think of something to knit with it later!’ I think that’s a natural progression into the obsession of knitting, right?…

Not liking the rain

It’s rained a fair bit over the last two weeks and Cooper isn’t happy about it. Usually he’s ok once he’s actually outside but trying to get him off the porch and into the garden? Not fun. He mostly just sits there and glares at me like the weather is personally my fault.

Off to the pumpkin patch

Yesterday I took my Nan and Cooper to Undley Pumpkin Patch for a couple of hours. We ate fresh doughnuts covered in cinnamon, traipsed through the maize maze, and then I spent 20 minutes staring at all the pumpkins I wanted to buy but didn’t.
