This weekend I played bridesmaid to my best friend and it was wonderful. The ceremony was at St Paul’s Cathedral (there were so many tourists taking photos of us outside), the wedding car was a gorgeous cherry red Mustang, everything was superhero themed and everyone was amazing. It was such an amazing day! I’m just so happy to have been a part of it and to see two wonderful people so happy together. I wish I could show you photos…

Bank Holiday Weekend

Knitting, reading and stuffing my face with cold oats. Oh and being horribly horribly ill through it all. I’m hoping at least once this year I’ll have a nice long Bank Holiday weekend where things are great and I finish it off in a good mood but so far I’ve not had much luck.

Gosh, I love arrows.

Being the giant nerd that I am, it’s always a pleasure to attribute geeky themes to my knitting. The moment I saw the ravelry page for Red Katana my brain screamed: ARROWS. MAKE IT IN PURPLE. HAWKEYE!! and so I went and did exactly that. You can’t blame me really.
