At the weekend I took a very long drive down to Devon with the express purpose of visiting John Arbon Textiles for their open weekend. That Saturday morning didn’t disappoint at all. This weekend has been just what I needed to feel refreshed and excited about the new year. Sam came to visit for the weekend so I got to play tour guide around some of my favourite places. As the colour fades from everything I realise that the best of Autumn has well and truly passed me by. The fallen leaves have lost their crunch and now everything is rotting and dying around me as we creep into that weird seasonal inbetween. Bring on the morning frosts! All my knitwear is waiting!
